What happens after I sign up for a power plan through ELECTRIFY?
- Your selected electricity retailer will process your application with SP Services.
- SP Services will set an appointment with you to install an AMI smart meter at your premises if you are still using an older meter. You do not have to pay for this service.
- SP sends contestability approval status to your retailer and yourself.
- SP sends your new MSS account number to your retailer and yourself.
- Your retailer will begin supplying power to you on your contract start date.
